So, the last time I posted here was before Jeff left for Honduras. Since then I've managed to make it to Ping four times: once the day before he left, and three times while he was gone (including today).

No really stellar runs, except today's. I ran a full 30 minutes again! And I wasn't planning on it at all. I thought I'd just try to do a quick 15-20 minute run. But I felt great at 20 minutes, so I did another song. And then another. And then one more lap.

My other runs were all around 20 minutes. Good for maintenance, which is what I'm shooting for now.
